Moxied Media offers brand strategy engagements, consulting retainers, advisory services, the Insight Session, and access to AI Brand Audit Agents. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual agreements or at the point of purchase.
By submitting an application or inquiry through this site, you are initiating a conversation — not entering into a binding contract. Engagements are confirmed only through a signed agreement or completed payment.
4. Insight Session — Payment and Refund Policy
The Insight Session is a paid, single-session strategic advisory service priced at $350. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of booking.
All sales are final. Moxied Media does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of strategic advisory services, time and intellectual resources are committed upon booking. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule with adequate notice forfeits the session.
The results, outcomes, and examples shown on this website reflect specific client engagements and circumstances. They are shared as illustrative proof of work only. Moxied Media makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding results. Every engagement is unique and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
5. Matters of Taste & Email Subscription
By subscribing to Matters of Taste, you consent to receive email communications from Moxied Media. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our email list. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
6. AI Brand Audit Agents
Access to the AI Brand Audit Agents requires email registration. The agents are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. Outputs do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. Moxied Media is not responsible for decisions made based on agent outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Matters of Taste brand audit series, the State of the Brand framework, written copy, visual design, and strategic frameworks — is owned by Moxied Media LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Client work featured in case studies is shared with permission or presented in a manner that protects confidential information. Testimonials are reproduced with consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
